do you still have your golden 300 hybrid ducks? how did they do for you?
yes they lay very well. They start laying around 5 months and they were much more reliable than any of my chickens, laying an egg a day until winter when they went on break but I don’t provide supplemental light. I do recommend them though if you are looking for reliable duck egg production and their eggs were larger than my cayuga and pekin.
I love your website. Great job.
I live in a condo and so actual hands on experience is hard to come by. (Although I do have space at a local community garden.) Anyway . . . are there any farms etc in the area that will let someone help out in order to learn more about taking care of goats, chickens etc? Thanks, Kim
I am interested in two pygmy doelings, please email with details.
